An Anse shaped pipe is a straight pipe with the bowl canted forward resulting in the draft opening positioned at the very apex of the chamber bottom. I enjoy expanding on the design by incorporating a variety of textures, colors and materials such as bamboo, deer amtler, fordite, metal, fossilized bone, etc.  I make them for sake and on a coommission basis.
